Spicy Roasted Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • pinch salt
  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • dash green hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water, milk , and salt to boil in a pot. Cut corn into thirds; add to pot and cook approx 5 min until crisp tender, drain. Melt butter and put into pot with seasoning and hot sauce. Return corn to pot and toss.
