Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 in 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups cake flour
• 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 cups sour milk
• 1 cup Banana pulp

Preparation

Step 1

Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
Add softened dry ingredients alternately with sour milk and banana pulp, beating well after each addition
bake in waxed paper mind 6.5 x 10.5 and
bake 350° for 50 minutes cool
