Ingredients
- 2 golden delicious apples
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- flour for dusting
- 1 pkg (7.5oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel apples;grate them into a medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Stir 3/4 of cinnamon sugar into grated apples.(the rest will be sprinkled on top of each pie).
2. Roll each biscuit to about a 5" circle with a rolling pin, using a little flour on the surface and on the rolling pin. Spoon apple mixture onto circles. Fold circles over and pinch edges to make half-moons. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Brush pies with a little water, and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake 20 minutes. makes 10 pies.
