Ingredients

2 cups french fried onions.
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg - beaten

Servings 4

Preparation

Step 1

Crush french fried onions in plastic bag.
Dip chicken in egg, then place in bag and shake to coat.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray.
Bake @ 400* for 20-30 minutes until no longer pink in the center.
