vegan hollandaise sauce

  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 2-3 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 c almond milk
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

melt butter in small saucepan, add flour and whisk to make a roux. slowly add almond milk. then add seasonings. whisk until desired thickness. adjust seasonings to taste.
