Lemon Pie

Ingredients

• 1 box Good Luck pie filling
• 3 eggs yolks well beaten
• 3 Tbs corn starch
• 1 1/2 Cups sugar
• 1 1/2 Cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pan. Then pour the mixture in and keep stirring until thick. Add a little hot water.

Beat egg whites with 3 Tbs of sugar well beaten for meringue.
