Ingredients
- 2 lbs skinless breasts
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small yellow pepper
- 1 white onion
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 TBSP lime juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts for topping
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except peanuts in crock pot. Cook for a min. of 4 hours.
Break apart chicken and serve.
