CONEY ISLAND SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. ground beef
  • 2-1/2 lbs. onions chopped
  • 32 ounces ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Pour ground beef and onions in dutch oven and cover with water. Cook until onions are transparent. Drain grease. Add ketchup and chili powder. Reduce heat and simmer 4 hours.
