Chicken Provolone

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast- 4 oz
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 4 thin slices proscuitto or deli ham
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. In a large non stick skillet coated with butter flavored cooking spray, cook chicken over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.

2. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet. Top with basil, ham and hcees. Broil 6 to 8 inches frm heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
