Peach Crisp Pie

  • 1 can sliced peaches, well drained
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 3 T flour
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t almond extract
  • 1/4 t vanilla extract
  • 1/4 C heavy cream


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 45mins


Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 F

2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed

3. Butter a 9 inch pie pan or tart pan

4. Pour the peach filling into the pan

5. Spread the Crumb Topping mixture on top of the peach filling until all of the filling is covered

6. Place on a foiled cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until filling bubbles over.
