Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked shrimp, cooked, chopped into bite size pieces
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp raw lime peel, finely chopped
- 3 item(s) California (Hass) avocado
- 8 oz Seafest Imitation Crab Meat, Salad Style, chopped
- 3 tbsp Hood Sour Cream, Low Fat

Preparation
Step 1
1-Stir sour cream, juices, peel and all spices together in a bowl to mix well.
2-Add crab and shrimp and stir till well coated.
3-Cut avocados in half, remove pit, run a spoon around the peel to make it easier to eat, sprinkle well with lime juice, salt and pepper
4-Load avocados with the salad mixture and enjoy!
