Citrus Cream Collins

Ingredients

• !/2 fresh lime
• 1/4 orange, cut in two
• 1 tsp of superfine/caster sugar
• 2 oz Smirnoff vodka
• 3 to 5 ounces cream soda

Preparation

Step 1

Cut tip off a lime, cut half of the lime into four segments. Place four segments in large highball glass. Add orange segments, then sugar and muddle to release juices.

Fill glass with cubed ice. Add vodka and cream soda. Free up citrus segments at base of the glass with spoon and stir well.

Garnish with an orange slice.
