cups potatoes, thinly sliced
cup carrot, shredded
cup green onion, sliced
slices Bacon -- crisp cooked, crumbled
cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
In foil, layer potatoes, carrot, and green onion. If desired, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with margarine. Fold the foil over to wrap up. Bake on the grill for about 45 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Cover and let cheese melt.
