Ingredients
- 1 loin of pork-7-8 chops
- 1 Tbsp. salted capers, chopped
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 cyho red wine
- 3-4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teasp. crushed red pepper
- 3 chicken boullion cubes
- 1 beef boullion cube
- 5 cans of whole string beans
Preparation
Step 1
Bake loin of pork about 1 hour
Pour off most of fat\
Reserve 2 cans of juice from string beans and pour over pork
Add remaining juice in blender and add remaining ingredients except beans.
Blend and pour over pork
When pork is done cooking remove pork and bake beans in pan juices for 45 mins. or longer.
