    egg, slightly beaten

    c. sugar

  • 3

    tbsp. flour

  • 1/2 to 1/4

    c. water

  • 1

    tbsp. butter

  • 3

    c. rhubarb

Directions

Prepare 9 inch pie shell, unbaked Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix all ingredients except rhubarb. Place cut rhubarb into shell. Then pour mixture over rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
