- 1 CUP FROZEN WHOLE KERNEL CORN
- 1 CUP FROZEN CUT GREEN BEANS
- 1 16 OZ CAN KIDNEY BEANS
- 1 16 OZ CAN CHICKPEAS ( GARBANZO BEANS)
- 1 1 OZ BLACK BEANS
- 1 CUP DICED RED ONION
- 1/2 CUP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 1/4 CUP WATER
- 2 TABLESP DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TABLESP DRIED BASIL
- 1 TABLESP OLIVE OIL
- 1 TEA SUGAR
- 1/4 TEA SALT
- 1/4 TEA WHITE PEPPER
- 2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED

Step 1
COMBINE FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS IN COLANDER, RINSE AND DRAIN. COMBINE ONION AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL. ADD CORN AND BEANS TOSSLY GENTLY TO COST. COVER AND MARINATE IN REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 4 HOURS STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
