Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) pouch Idahoans Hash Browns
- 3 tbsp oil (margarine may be used)
Preparation
Step 1
Cover potatoes with 2 cups of boiling water. Let stand 10 minutes and then drain.
Heat 3 tbsp oil or margarine in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Spread potatoes firmly and evenly over the oil or melted margarine.
Cook uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes or until bottom is brown. Turn and cook one minute or until bottom is brown.
