Pulled Pork in Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 pork loin roast
- 1 12oz bottle of beer
- garlic to taste
- 1 chopped large onion
- 1 16 oz bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (mine is Kraft Honey)
- 8 Hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
- Tony Chachere's seasoning

Step 1
Rub pork loin generously with Tony Chachere's seasoning. Place the pork into the slow cooker on top of onions. Add garlic and beer.Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours or until a fork pulls meat apart easily. Drain liquid and remove fat. Pull pork apart with a fork and add BBQ sauce, stirring gently.
Serve over hamburger buns.
You may add your favorite condiments is you prefer. I like just the pork on my bun.
