Ingredients
- Mary's Flour blend:
- 1 1/4 Mary's All Purpose Flour Blend
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 T melted butter
- 2 large eggs, room temp
- 1 T sugar or honey
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c water, milk, buttermilk
- 2 c brown rice flour
- 2 c white rice flour
- 1 1/3 c potato starch
- 2/3 c tapioca starch/flour

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry. Allow batter to rest for 5-10 minutes prior to cooking.
