  • Mary's Flour blend:
  • 1 1/4 Mary's All Purpose Flour Blend
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3 T melted butter
  • 2 large eggs, room temp
  • 1 T sugar or honey
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 c water, milk, buttermilk
  • 2 c brown rice flour
  • 2 c white rice flour
  • 1 1/3 c potato starch
  • 2/3 c tapioca starch/flour

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry. Allow batter to rest for 5-10 minutes prior to cooking.
