Roasted Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 head Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut top off of garlic head. Place on piece of tin foil and drizzle with olive oil, rosemary, salt & pepper.

Wrap foil around garlic to form package. Roast in preheated 325F oven for 30-40 minutes. Let cool.

Squeeze garlic flesh from skins and mash into a paste in bowl. Whisk in 2 cups good quality mayonnaise until blended. Taste for seasoning & adjust if necessary.
