Appetizer: Salmon Tar Tar

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh salmon diced
  • 1/2 lb smoked salmon, diced
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup shallots
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put salmon in bowl. Add lime juice and shallots and rest of ingredients to bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve on toasted pumpernickel wedges.
