Spicy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

• 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
• 1 packet ranch dressing mix
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup bottled ranch salad dressing
• 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the eggs lengthwise into halves. Carefully scoop the yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork to a grainy consistency. Stir in the salad dressing mix and then the cayenne pepper. Add the pickle relish and mix well. Stir in the mayonnaise, ranch salad dressing and mustard.

Mound the egg yolk mixture in the egg white halves and arrange on a serving platter. Chill, covered, until serving time.
