Ingredients
- 12 oz California String Cheese
- 1 jar (6oz) marinated artichoke hearts
- 6 sandwich rolls, split
- 1 can (4 1/2 oz) chopped black olives
- 12 oz thinly sliced deli roast beef
Preparation
Step 1
Pull cheese into thick strings, reserve. Drain artichokes; reserving liquid. Chop artichokes, reserve. Spread bottom of each but with 2 Tbsp chopped olives, divide deli roast beef, cheese and artichokes evenly on rolls. Brush tops with 1 Tbsp artichoke liquid. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap; chill. Bread softens and absorbs flavors until ready to eat.
