Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Rappini
- 1/2 lb of fettucine noodle
Preparation
Step 1
Cut of ends of Rappini and wash. Add oil to pan and add garlic and red pepper flakes. Put Rappini in and add a small amount of oil, pepper and water. Cover and cook down.
Cook Orecchiette noodle (hats) until done then add to Rappini and simmer together for a few minutes.
