Chicken with almonds

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts of around 120g each
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 140g almonds
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely.

Cut chicken into strips.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, then add onin and garlic. Saute for 3 minutes, then add chicken.

Brown chicken for 5 minutes.

Lightly grill the almonds in a dry frying pan for 3 minutes, add soy sauce and ginger, leave to cook for 5 minutes.

Serve with rice or noodles.
