Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
Preparation
Step 1
With an electric mixer, cream the cheese. Add remaining ingredients & stir. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 1 cup.
Serve with Town House crackers.
