KALAMATA OLIVE HUMMUS

1 Can of garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 cup of Kalamata olives, pitted
1 clove of garlic
juice from 1 lemon

Ingredients
- 1 can of garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 clove garlic
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- dash of hot pepper flakes (to your liking)
- 3 Tbls. of extra virgin olive oil. You may have to add more to get the consistency you want.

Step 1
Place all ingredients in food processor and puree. Add extra oil as needed until you have a smooth and thick paste.
Good with cabatta bread or crackers
