Ingredients
- 200 gms rotis brocken into small pieces
- 100 gms tomatoes grated
- 15-20 gms cilantro
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4-5 T oil
- 1/2 t garlic chopped or paste
- water 2 cups

Preparation
Step 1
Grind in a food processor the cilantro and chilli.
In oil fry the above paste ; add garlic;fry for a minute;add thetomatoes
and the spices. Cook for some time till oil leaves the tomatoes;
add water and boil;then add the rotis ,stir and cover till water is absorbed.
