Mom's Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3 cup diced celery
  • 3 cups crushed potato chips, divided
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine tuna, celery, 2 1/2 cups potato chips, eggs, soups, mayonnaise, tarragon and pepper in crock pot. Stir well and cook on low for 5 to 8 hours.

2. Sprinkle with remaining chips before serving.
