Edith's Sugar Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. corn starch
• 2 c. milk
• 1 stick butter, margarine or oleo
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 baked pie shell
• cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cook first 3 ingredients in a saucepan until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add one stick butter or oleo & 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix.

Pour into baked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Refrigerate.
