Ingredients

  • 51 oz can chopped clams with juice
  • 25 oz water
  • 1/2 lb clam base (paste)
  • 1 T crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 c garlic puree
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1 c white wine
  • 2/3 c cornstarch
  • 2/3 c water
  • 2/3 c parsley
  • linguini noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all ingredients to simmer. Dissolve each 2/3 c cornstarch and cold water. Whisk into sauce and simmer again. Remove. Once cooled, add 2/3 c chopped parsley.
