Ingredients
- 51 oz can chopped clams with juice
- 25 oz water
- 1/2 lb clam base (paste)
- 1 T crushed red pepper
- 1/4 c garlic puree
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 c white wine
- 2/3 c cornstarch
- 2/3 c water
- 2/3 c parsley
- linguini noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Bring all ingredients to simmer. Dissolve each 2/3 c cornstarch and cold water. Whisk into sauce and simmer again. Remove. Once cooled, add 2/3 c chopped parsley.
