Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 3 carrots, peeled and shredded
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Step 1
Combine the apples, carrot, and scallions in a large bowl.
Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the apple mixture and toss well.
