White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

I love Macadamia nuts and white chocolate! So putting them together in a cookie is like one big magical treat! These cookies are delicious and so soft! You will absolutely love them!

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine, softened
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream maragarine and sugars. Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
Then stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
When it is mixed together well, add white chips and macadamia nuts.
Chill dough for about 30 minutes
Roll into 1½ inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake
