Ingredients

  • cauliflower
  • cabbage
  • sayote
  • carrots
  • brocolli
  • young corn sliced
  • mushrooms in can
  • patatas
  • quail egg(boiled & peel off shell)
  • fish ball
  • shrimp(cut the heads off & peel off shell)
  • dried black fungus(soak in water)
  • chicken breast(square size cut)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • onions(thinly slice)
  • garlic(thinly slice)

Preparation

Step 1

cut all vegetables into small & slant size
1.saute garlic followed by onions using olive oil
2.Put the chicken breast,shrimp, & salt (wait atleast 10 minutes until chicken & shirmp are cooked).
3.Add all vegetables including mushrooms in can & soaked dried fungus.
4.Mix all ingredients until all vegetables are cooked & well combined.
5.Taste...add salt if necessary.
6.Serve & put boiled quail egg at the top
