Ingredients
- 2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. hoisin sauce
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 1 C. granulated sugar
- 1 C. sesame oil
- 1 C. red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixer, combine the mayonnaise, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Mix on medium speed until all is well incorporated. Slowly add vinegar and mix until incorporated.
Makes about 6 cups.
