Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
  • 10 jalapenos, deseeded and diced
  • 1/2 pound fried bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy. Add in cheddar and Mexican cheese blend cheeses, jalapenos, and bacon crumbles. Combine well.
Pour into a casserole dish and bake 15 minutes.
Add remaining cup of Mexican cheese on top of dip and return to oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or a spoon!
