Preparation

Step 1

BBQ Glaze:
1/2 - cup barbecue sauce
1 - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 - tablespoon honey

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix the ground beef, cracker crumbs, beaten egg, BBQ sauce, mustard, honey, seasoning salt and pepper.

Mix well using a large wooden spoon or your hands. Don't over mix or you will end up with a tough meatloaf. Shape into a loaf and add to a foil lined pan or use a regular loaf pan.

Mix together the BBQ glaze. In a small bowl add together 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce and one tablespoon of honey.

Brush the glaze all over the top of the meat loaf. Save some of the glaze for serving. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 hour. When meatloaf is done slice and serve with the remaining glaze.
