Ingredients
- 1-2 bunches of fresh asparagus
- flour
- 2 eggs
- milk
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- panko bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Roll asparagus in flour.
Then dredge in eggs, milk, salt, pepper and thyme mixture. Don’t have exact measurements, but I don’t think you can mess it up. Since I haven’t actually made this myself, I’m not promising.
Then roll in panko crumbs and set on cookie sheet in fridge until ready to fry.
Fry in a few inches of vegetable oil until light and crispy.
