Ingredients
- 8 oz. package Fusilli pasta
- 1 package (16 oz.) frozen vegetables
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile cook vegetables as directed on package. Add oil and garlic to a saucepan and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Add milk, cheese and pasta. Toss to coat then add vegetables and toss. Heat thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
