Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 butternut squash
- 1 large carrott
- 1 cup chicken stock
- nutmeg
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Saute butter-onion and garlic
cook squash in chicken stock
mash squash add to onions and garlic
add spices
serve with a dollop of sour cream
