Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion chopped
- 5 med. potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 Tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. pepper to taste
- 2 cups milk
- salt to taste
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 Tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Saute in butter - garlic and onion. Cook potatoes in stock and spices. Then add milk and cheese.
