Ingredients
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, divided
- 2 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp freshly grated lemon peel
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 lb large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail shells on)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Combine ketchip, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, chili sauce, horseradish, and hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
Combine olive oil, remaining 2 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic, lemon peel, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over shrimp.
Grill shrimp, in 2 batches, in a grill basket or on a grill rack over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until opaque.
