Bainbridge Stuffed BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • bacon
  • Granny Smith apples
  • Dark brown sugar
  • BBQ sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cut apple into wedges. Lay the thighs out flat. Place an apple slice in the bone cavity and sprinkle brown sugar on slice. Roll up thigh and wrap with a slice of bacon. Put in smoker for 2 hours at 325*-350* for 2 hours. 5 minutes before removing from grill, coat generously with sauce.
