Roasted Red Potatoes with Thyme and Basil

Ingredients
- For the spice and herb mixture:
- 15-20 small red potatoes halved
- 1 and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Mix herb and spices together.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Spray halved small red potatoes with non-stick cooking spray or oil.
Sprinkle herb/spice mixture over potatoes.
Mix well with your hands, making sure all the potatoes are coated nice and evenly.
Face all potatoes skin side up.
Bake in the oven, initially, for 25 minutes.
After the first 25 minutes, take them out, and turn all the potatoes over (facing skin side down now).
Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
