Chicken Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 2 Cups Water, hot
  • 2 Teaspoons Minor's Chicken Base

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Add flour and cornstarch and whisk to blend. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
