Ingredients

  • 4 cans artichoke hearts in water
  • 2 cups light mayo
  • 2 cups ground parmasan
  • 3-4 cloved fresh garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In blender, grind hearts and add remaining ingredients.

Bake in casserole dish at 375 for 45 min.

Serve with toasted baguette slices
