Ingredients
- 4 cans artichoke hearts in water
- 2 cups light mayo
- 2 cups ground parmasan
- 3-4 cloved fresh garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In blender, grind hearts and add remaining ingredients.
Bake in casserole dish at 375 for 45 min.
Serve with toasted baguette slices
