Ingredients
- 4 T unsalted butter ( 1/2 stick )
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet choc. chips
- 1 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
butter 8 inch square pan
in large saucepan combine butter, marshmallows,sugar,cream and salt.
cook medium heat, stirring occasionally-until marsh. melted-8 to 10 min.
off heat, stir in vanilla, choc chips, 1/2 cup walnuts until choc melted
pour fudge into prepared pan, smooth top
sprinkle with remaining nuts.
cool 30 min. refrig. until set, about 1 hour
cut into squares
