Stuffed Mushrooms - mine

Ingredients

  • 12 mushrooms
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c breadcrumbs
  • fresh basil
  • 1 T sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 c parmasan

Preparation

Step 1

Wash mushrooms, salt and pepper caps and drizzle with olive oil.

Combine cheeses, crumbs, eggs, and herbs and use ice cream scoop to fill caps.

Place on oiled tin foil and either grill on top rack for 20 min or bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes
