Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lb stew meat cut into 1" pieces
- 2 onions (medium)
- 1 large jar salsa
- 2 large cans ortega chiles
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef with salt and pepper, cumin, chile powder
Add onions until translucent
Add salsa and green chiles and enough water to cover by an inch or so.
Turn heat to medium and cook down until water is almost gone. Add at least 2 more rounds of green chile can of water
