Ingredients
- 1 prepared pie shell (graham cracker, chocolate wafer or butter shortbread)
- 2 envelopes dry whipped topping mix (1.3 oz) each
- 3/4 cup cold low-fat milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 5 to 6 ripe peaches, peeled and coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine whipped topping mix, milk and vanilla; beat until stiff. Stir together sugar and cocoa, gradually add to whipped topping, beating until smooth. Spread about half of the mousse into pie crust. Top with peaches then cover with remaining mousse. Cover and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
